Project-specific terms will be provided in a written scope or agreement. This page is an initial website notice, not a substitute for that agreement.

Website information

Website content is general information about potential services. Availability, deliverables, timing, pricing, rights, travel and sample handling are confirmed only in writing.

Concept work

Items labeled concept preview or self-initiated project are not client work. They must not be interpreted as testimonials, campaign results or representations of a commercial engagement.

Excluded services

Unless explicitly agreed, DP Media does not provide media buying, sourcing, supplier verification, quality control, freight, customs or logistics services.

Intellectual property

Website text and original visuals may not be reused without permission. Project ownership, source files, licenses and third-party rights will be defined in the applicable project agreement.
